Building on the foundations of Mini Acro, dancers develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through safe, progressive training. As they master skills such as bridges, cartwheels, and handstands, they grow in confidence, resilience, and body awareness. With plenty of encouragement and teamwork, every dancer is supported to achieve new goals at their own pace.
